Welcome to Mojeeb. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Mojeeb provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that integrates with WhatsApp to automatically respond to customer messages, collect orders, and manage customer interactions on behalf of businesses.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• One WhatsApp number may only be connected to one Mojeeb account at a time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Mojeeb to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk marketing without consent.
• Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others through automated messages.
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Business Policy.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Collect personal data without proper consent from your customers.

5. Subscription and Payments

• Subscription plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
• Free trial lasts 7 days and does not require a credit card.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6. Message Limits

Each plan includes a specified number of messages per month. If you exceed your plan's limit, you will be notified and may upgrade your plan to continue service. Unused messages do not roll over to the next month.

7. Data and Content

• You retain ownership of your business data and customer conversations.
• You grant Mojeeb a license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent to collect and process your customers' data.
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data for improving our services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime caused by maintenance, third-party services (including WhatsApp), or force majeure events.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Mojeeb platform, including software, design, logos, and content, remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our service.

10. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
• You may request data export before account deletion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mojeeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the AI responses will always be accurate or appropriate for your specific use case.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mojeeb harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
